The location is beautiful and the long exposure was the right way to go with this subject matter.

The composition is good but I wonder if it could be more interesting from either a wider shot or higher pov. It also is nice if you can choose a subject within the waterfall to focus on in a more prominent part of the frame or have it go right to left (shooting from the other bank or flip in the "darkroom" software etc.)

The hot spots of light (little over exposed in dappling) create a distraction. Perhaps try later in the evening when the location is all in shade to get a longer exposure with no Hot spots. Dappled light is tricky and often is more work than it is worth unless you get the whole dynamic range within exposure just right. The scene would look more saturated if you shot at a darker time and less harsh as well.
